1:1 Coaching
I work with a limited 1:1 entrepreneureal and executive coaching clients who are ready to expand themselves, work in a higher capacity, and reduce the stress that typically comes along with it. Gain clarity, insight to blind spots, and find new energy for reaching new heights. I work with you to stretch beyond to create more capacity, more impact, and at the same time more inner zen.
The V-I-P coaching framework (Visioning - Inner Alignment - Purposeful Action) I created and use supports leaders with perspective, accountability, and a confidential sounding board.
This looks like Zoom meetings every other week, access to coaching between calls via voice messaging and email. Past clients hailed from VMWare, Boston Dynamics, Facebook, Toast, and numerous other organizations.
Leadership and Team Offsite Facilitation
Christine has created bespoke events for organizations from MIT to various venture capital firms and public companies, leveraging years of coaching and thoughtful experience creation to galvanize groups, co-create visions, inspire new visions, and infuse energy into groups where the excitement and passion may have waned.
Christine is also a speaker for hire on the topics of Mindfulness at Work, Incorporating Meditation for Enhanced Productivity, and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome.
